North Idaho Mine to Open Again in 2008

My third sample location proved to be my last and most interesting. I needed to look no further.
Fundamental information on gold and silver turned more to the bullish side this past month, and we can point to three particular items as the basis for that conclusion.

The company that wants to build and operate the mine, Rare Element Resources Ltd., promises high-wage jobs and economic vitality to an area where 40 percent of the population is age 50 or older.
Long-term, the outlook remains very favorable—but the obvious and important question is when we might expect a solid bull market revival to take place.
