Interested Parties

The Department of Fish and Game is almost finished with its review of all the comments and other information it received during the public review period that ended for the proposed Suction Dredge Permitting Program in May 2011.  As part of that effort, the Department has determined that some revisions to the proposed regulations as originally noticed in February and March 2011 are necessary.  The Department expects to release the proposed revisions to the public in the next week or so.

You are receiving this email in advance of public release of the proposed revisions as an email subscriber interested in updates from the Department about the proposed permitting program.  As a subscriber, you’ve indicated your interest in and willingness in the past to receive updates electronically.  In that same vein, the Department intends to send you the proposed revisions via email the same day the revisions are released to the public generally.  If you do not want to receive notice and a copy of the proposed revisions via email, please let me know as soon as possible.  Thank you.
