Monster gold nugget found in Butte County

A 75-troy-ounce nugget was found by a metal detectorist in Butte County, California, in July of this year.The finder has managed to keep his identity quiet so far, and the nugget is scheduled to be unveiled later this month (and eventually sold by) Kagin's Numismatic.
