The deadline for filing your affidavit of assessment work with your BLM office is September 1st. It must be in their hands by this date!BLM has made it easier than ever to fill out the maintenance fee waiver certification by providing an online .pdf form. You can fill out this form online, then print it out and mail it (use registered mail) or hand-deliver it to your BLM office.
