Eastern Oregon Mining Association to provide new members with subscription to our monthly publication

November 11, 2019

A shout-out to the Eastern Oregon Mining Association…

The Eastern Oregon Mining Association has been a respected organization working on behalf of miners since 1978. We’ve been able to collaborate with them on many issues, including recent EPA petitions for rulemaking regarding suction gold dredging. The EOMA works tirelessly to represent its members in disputes and negotiations with federal and state agencies in a concerted effort to keep regulations reasonable.

EOMA has recognized and appreciated our efforts to provide timely mining-related articles and to fix some of the many regulatory issues related to mining as we travel to Washington, DC with Public Lands for the People to speak directly with agency directors and members of Congress.

EOMA is now offering to provide each member with a one-year subscription to ICMJs Prospecting and Mining Journal as they continue to expand their membership. Existing Mining Journal subscribers will have receive an extra year added to the subscription.

“We are honored they chose us as the reliable source for articles, news and information for their members,” said Scott Harn, Editor/Publisher of ICMJs Prospecting and Mining Journal. "Their board members are knowledgeable and have a strong grasp of the rules and regulations. They know when to negotiate and when to stand firm. They know what it takes to become a successful independent miner.”

A one-year EOMA membership is only $35 per year for an individual or $40 for a couple, which now includes a one-year subscription to ICMJs Prospecting and Mining Journal valued at $27.95 for new members.

More information, including a link to join EOMA, can be found online at www.h2oaccess.com.

This subscription offer from EOMA will expire on January 31, 2020.

If you have additional questions, you can call EOMA president Ken Alexander at (541) 446-3413.
