California Water Board proposes a new restoration policy -- Comments needed

The California Reqional Water Quality Control Board (North Coast Region) wants to implement an aquatic ecosystem restoration policy that will undoubtedly include further restrictions and prohibitions on miners in this region.

The Regional Water Board’s
Board Meeting begins at
8:30am. The Restoration
Policy CEQA Scoping item will
begin no sooner than 3 pm.
9:00 am to 11:00 am
