California suction gold dredge hearing coming up on Tuesday August 27

The Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to reinstate the rights of suction gold dredgers in California will be on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 8:30am in Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court.The hearing will be in Department 8 in front of Judge Gilbert G.
