Michael Matus
Mike is a retired dentist who now lives and breathes gold mining and loves making his own gold mining equipment. He recently received his California Blasters License and uses it in his mining activities. He is the 2015 California State Open Division Gold Panning Champion and is looking forward to competing in Placerville, California in 2016 in the World Gold Panning Championships.
