Greg Mast
The author lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills with his wife. An amateur prospector since the mid 1990s, he belonged to the now-defunct Gold Country Miners on Horseshoe Bar on the Middle Fork of the American River. He is currently a member of the Mother Lode Goldhounds, the Western Mining Alliance and serves as a “special projects” docent at the Folsom History Museum & Pioneer Village.
