All advertisements will appear in the printed version of our monthly publication. Website posting is available as an option.

Deadlines: 

The deadline for advertising is the 10th of the month preceding the issue (i.e. the deadline for the December issue is November 10th).

Web ads will be posted on the 27th, which is typically the day the new issue is mailed to subscribers.

Journal: Ads are $0.50 per word. (Minimum charge for 16 words or less is $8.00) 

Website option: You may choose to have your ad also appear on our website for an additional $0.25 per word. (Minimum charge for 16 words or less $4.00)

Any unpaid balances after 30 days are may be subject to a monthly 1.5% interest rate charge, with a minimum late fee of $5.00.

Special formatting (centering, extra spacing, formatted lists, etc.) is available for an additional charge.

  

Payment:

  

We will calculate the total and email you a price quote within 3 business days. After you have received your price quote, then you can call in with your credit card number, or send in a check or money order. Ads must be prepaid by the deadline. We accept all major credit cards.
